Waiting is the hardest part...
So, Space Cadets, after about six months of work, Attila and I finally put the finishing touches on our pitch for INTERNAL CHANGES.
We sent it out to four publishers; now, all we can do is sit and wait.
That waiting has me writing to you today because I don’t know where else to spend my spare energy.
Just like the title says, I find this part to be the hardest. Coming up with the idea, workshopping it with an artist, writing the script, seeing pages come in, and writing the pitch, are fun. You’re creating something that you know you want to see, and you think will fly off shelves, but that greenlight comes down to only a few people.
And you only need one to say yes.
But, here we wait.
Probably for a month, maybe a tad longer, hoping to get some sort of response.
Even a rejection will feel better than nothing.
Oh, don’t forget, NIGHT OF THE KILLER is still on Kickstarter for another 15 days! This is going to be the final printing!
